Most sport is scored on paper and lost by Monday.
A district final gets played, a result gets written on a sheet, a photo of that sheet goes into a group chat, and a year later nobody can say who scored what. Arena OS exists to end that.
Professional leagues solved this decades ago. Everyone else — the state association, the university board, the promotion running eleven cards a year, the academy with four age groups — is stuck between a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group.
The gap is not ambition. It is that live scoring is genuinely hard to build correctly. Venue internet fails. Scorers make mistakes under pressure. Results get disputed. Three sports need three different scoring models, and a fourth arrives next season. Most software either oversimplifies until it is useless, or is priced for a national broadcaster.
So we built the difficult part once, properly, and made everything on top of it configuration. An immutable event log with corrections instead of edits. An offline queue that reconciles in order. A sport plugin boundary that means a new sport is a ruleset module, not a new product. Then we put the same data behind an API so a federation's own website, a media partner and a fan's phone all read from one source of truth.

What we will not compromise on
A score is a record, not a value
Nothing overwrites history. A correction appends a reversing event, attributable to a person, a device and a moment. If a result is challenged, the ledger answers it.
The venue will fail you
Scoring must keep working when the connection does not. Anything that requires a round trip to record a basket is not fit for a sports hall.
The public deserves the working
Who played, who scored, who officiated, and how the table was derived. Standings nobody can verify are worse than no standings.
Rules belong in data
The moment a period length is a constant in the source, the platform stops serving anyone but the league it was written for.
The website is a client
If an integration partner cannot build what our own site does, the API is incomplete. Same contracts, no privileged access.
Grassroots pays least
Rosters are unlimited on the free plan. Charging per athlete taxes exactly the organizers who most need to get off paper.
